And also seems like will look lower class compare to Tower 1 & 2. But all will share the same facilities. Maintenance fees at 0.20 per sqft + 10% as sinking fund. hi.. i was offered 400k for lakefront home.no downpayment, no legal fees just rm500 booking. seems like a good opportunity.. is it wise buying it and sell it before or right after completion hoping that the price will go up?
