same here, got an SMS saying that I got a unit even though I already bought a different PR1MA. The developer must be trying to offload units.

for investment, i think not so good. if you see other topic, they say cyberjaya is ghost town and over supply with houses

hi.. i was offered 400k for lakefront home.no downpayment, no legal fees just rm500 booking. seems like a good opportunity.. is it wise buying it and sell it before or right after completion hoping that the price will go up?

2 car parks. but this unit call off. owner managed to save the unit.
now available in lelong all not facing this direction (towards SEG). all facing inside unit. view is less remarkable i would say.
