Lakefront Residence Cyberjaya. Is it worth to buy the unit there?

I'm thinking of renting a unit there first before deciding further. Since I'll be working at KWAP, it's the nearest place that kinda suits my need.

Guys, do you have the details about Pr1ma lakefront phase 2? The unit size is 1010 sqf..I wonder if it is the same lakefront home claimed by MCT as non-pr1ma unit hmm.gif
