they must VP in october, then 1 -2 months for tenants to renovate and rush on time before Xmas & new year. New year celebration is a big day for DPC, if FNB unable to catch up will be a big watse.

Heard that Maybank is going to relocate to arkadia soon end of this month, anyone know what will happen to the exisiting lot at waterfront ? Another bank takeover?

DPC needs more commercial office blocks to boost up the retail sales, if DPC keep building residential units only then is quite hard to change current situation in akardia.
