Ya I blif most ll use as ofis. There r plenty of decent resi in dpc highrises. However if there r ppl who die die wanna rent as resi there shall be no reason to stop them. Hence the Q of how or maybe why fr gks boss ll be answered.

Despite the SOHO being Schedule H, I have reservation the SOHO will be used as residential. As there are plenty of supply around DPC and neighboring condos. and second without any facilities, I can't imagine anyone who willing to pay RM2.5-3.5K rental without facilities.

As for office usage, it is probably a more feasible and many business starters like dental, clinic, legal, creative, advertising, internet, accounting firms will be interested to set their foot here.

Better than last year
Crowd is very much more than previous years

Even One Central Park condo parking was opened to public

More crowds more cars beta control smoother traffic flow. Gd sign tat with arcadia and ocp vp the roads around dpc might not b too small as claimed. I dunno. I assumed nia. Could b terbalik.

Overall the traffic was very well controlled within the township. Too many ppl squeezed into one area... Waterfront is too small to cater for such a big crowd. Unfortunately akadia is not ready to absorb the fnb yesterday.

Ambulance was stuck n couldnt get out. Many uncivilised drivers there last night. By right, some cars can squeeze to northshore entrance there to give way or go straight toward zenia direction so ambulance can get out. Too bad...dpc didnt have good traffic officers to do the job n guide these ppls.

I didn't notice these. May be timing is not right.
