Is this a schedule H project? If yes of course no one will/can stop you to use it as resi.

But my first question is does the SOHO comes with facilities? And if no, I wonder whether how would be ppl's reception on it. Not sure so far any strata residential in Malaysia that comes without any facilities.

Despite the SOHO being Schedule H, I have reservation the SOHO will be used as residential. As there are plenty of supply around DPC and neighboring condos. and second without any facilities, I can't imagine anyone who willing to pay RM2.5-3.5K rental without facilities.

As for office usage, it is probably a more feasible and many business starters like dental, clinic, legal, creative, advertising, internet, accounting firms will be interested to set their foot here.
