In a 2 lane road and driving up the curbside almost impossible, little can be done

i think dpc should tune down the scale of this yearly affair if they can't prevent this kind of incident. And the increasing traffic and congestion plus haphazard parking are become more and more annoying to local residents.

The drivers can if they willing to instead go out but detour towards zenia as the road toward there ..that lane has no car. Unfortunately, all wan to go out dpc n not willing to sacrific their time for the patient in the ambulance who maybe will lose his or her life becoz of this.

Village grocer i heard is just right opposite Breezeway condo & parkhomes and residents can just cross the road from their lobby and get their grocery done. Recently there are some buyers trying to find bargain for Breezeway units after the completion of Arcadia.

Arcadia will do well in my opinion also , a lot of people including myself are looking forward to it. There is a big gap for middle upper commercial area in this part of LDP and the demand is big enough.

Many still argue dpc is lalaland for kaptong and jinjang. Tat I hav to concur since they r able to spend. So many r not entirely wrong. Who cares. 🙊

i prefer to look at it as locating in 龙头 or the start of LDP, which is probably one of the strips with highest concentration of wealthy families.

commercially, a lot of families from sierramas , valencia , bsd, dpc , kepong and even selayang pass the ldp kepong toll to damansara or mont kiara/solaris to fulfill their social need. So there is a readily existing pool of customers to be tapped on. Now, the question is more on the profile or merchants/ tenants who will be operating there.

hope that can get some unique retailers here for kepong chai like me to lepak. boring of typical retailers like the ones stated here.
