It is all because of dpc narrow roads and overly wide footpath. Usual taman infra ROW for 2 lane dual carriage is 100' include walkpath, but dpc infra ROW only 80' including footpath.

If not the ambulance could had "lane split" between 2 lane eventhough if full of cars

All in I think oledi 30 units rented but many ll commence reno in March as Jan and partly Feb still in cny mood ma. Oso designers hav to get the drawings done b4 reno kot.

Dun think reno can commence immediately after keys r handed over

Ya true also, if combine soho units to be office, fridge & washer are not big issues as can just remove them, but kitchen cabinet can be problematic, imagine if 3 into 1 would have 3x kitchen cabinets 😖, unless being creative to convert kitchen cabinets into office storage/shelves 😂

Btw @livetotravel, so far how's response for rental for office units there?

Any confirmed tenants for Plaza Arcadia? long time didn't go back Desa Park City..

Other developers should learn this, really got standard.
