It is all because of dpc narrow roads and overly wide footpath. Usual taman infra ROW for 2 lane dual carriage is 100' include walkpath, but dpc infra ROW only 80' including footpath.

If not the ambulance could had "lane split" between 2 lane eventhough if full of cars

I think TIME is for arcadia gua. Should b beta than siami lansai younifai

Anw heard tat quite a number of units (fr top to bottom) hav rented out wo. Gd news??? Time ll tell. But 1 thg for sure the workmanship is great. U get Wat u paid for I guess.

Onli 1 bad news for some owners. Shhhhhhhh๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿ™Š

Boss mind to share what bad news is that? So far what I know of is most of the office units are without window ๐Ÿ˜… so cannot get sunlight, I guess they are finding ways to remedy this, let see how it goes. Anyway soho units are fine, very high ceiling & bright bright.

VPed but seems like no shop will open soon. Any news on the opening? So many guards there at every entrance....nothung to do there....lol

All in I think oledi 30 units rented but many ll commence reno in March as Jan and partly Feb still in cny mood ma. Oso designers hav to get the drawings done b4 reno kot.

Dun think reno can commence immediately after keys r handed over

Need to prevent vandalism and theft

Notice that the main entrance guardhouse are now manned by polis bantuan. No more Nepalese guards.

Ya true also, if combine soho units to be office, fridge & washer are not big issues as can just remove them, but kitchen cabinet can be problematic, imagine if 3 into 1 would have 3x kitchen cabinets ๐Ÿ˜–, unless being creative to convert kitchen cabinets into office storage/shelves ๐Ÿ˜‚

Btw @livetotravel, so far how's response for rental for office units there?
