Doing ok for now as it is brand new and proximity to international school. Most of the expat tenants in breezeway have kids attending parkcity international school.
However, as oil n gas continue to do badly, i think most of the landlords will be fighting over the shrinking pie. The completion of arcadia maybe will give Bw an edge over others. |
