Breezeway is alwiz going to be the biggest residential beneficiary of completion of arcadia. But until the shops are populated, still cant feel the impact in rental. So if want whack breezeway unit, timing between now till mid next yr would be quite good as i think price will still stagnant. After that i think price will start to see upward movement again.

I was told BW the condo rental demand and occupancy is doing great at the moment.

Doing ok for now as it is brand new and proximity to international school. Most of the expat tenants in breezeway have kids attending parkcity international school.

However, as oil n gas continue to do badly, i think most of the landlords will be fighting over the shrinking pie. The completion of arcadia maybe will give Bw an edge over others.

visited BW villas. will be tough selling. I think purchasers for such prices will rather go for Casaman.

Csm is facing even worse rental rate for now. The lowest TA signed recently is 7k for the largest size. Not a gd news.
