QUOTE(hon kin @ Jun 18 2013, 04:52 PM) wah... so expensive eh... Well, i'm really a begineer, so i dont really want to spend too much before upgrading to the really good one. I was aiming something at RM200, and yeap, i'm thinking to get the XCR from taobao, which will cost me around RM200 with shipping included. well its up to you... if you saja want to change for the sake of changing.. then ok. otherwise i suggest you save up and change later on something that can give you a better performance different rather than wasting the money on something not. Suntour Epicon should be a good aim for you. and everyone is giving you the similar advise that we learned. or go through the experience yourself and dealt with it.

U choose brand and weight only; rest u cant decide as fork travel is specific by your bike frame unless we are talking change bike instead of change fork.

For me, squishy or hard tail, if you have balls, you have it. if you dont, you can have like a full meter of travel and still cant drop.
Cool riding. That final drop is massive!!
And i like the x-up he did.

Which shop in Klang valley sells X-Fusion Velvet and/or Marzocchi 2013 Corsa forks? Looking for a 26" 100mm travel XC to replace my aging Epicon. Looking for something other than Fox/RS/Manitou/Suntour/Spinner. Saw some Marzocchi's at Rodalink but are the older models.
Just serviced my 2009 Epicon fork recently. Bushings is a little worn down and had some play. It scratched the air spring lower stanchion a little but since the fork does not have an oil bath (uses grease instead) nothing to worry about. Some amount of chatter on rough terrain. No biggie but think time to change soon. Have gone through many hours of fun ride with it and love it to bits. Very easy to service and low maintenance. Quite a good fork other than mine lacks low speed damping and suffers from brake dives. Love the remote lockout for climbs. The newer models seems better and much improved over the older models but want to try something else.
