Based on EPF website, 1st time EPF withdrawal-account 2 to purchase house will direct credit to the person bank account right?

If the person use the money for other purposes such as higher yield investment vehicle, renovation house etc, will EPF track the purpose of the money usage?? (Will they recall the money)

I don't really understand your question.
If you're asking if you could withdraw from EPF Account 1 for unit trust investment, the answer is YES provided certain criteria is met.

1. Min saving achieved and you have excess amount in Account 1 to do so.
Use this calculator: https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/main/resea...-Calculator-824

2. Participating or approved funds

3. Do remember that if you plan to sell the fund in near future, the proceed needs to go back to Account 1

6B reserve in 2015 over 9.5B reserve in 2016. Don't you think this is too much? And the reserves use for what? It's our money - not theirs. Cannot be OPEX, right?

Singapore CPF 2.5% ordinary account vs Malaysia EPF 5.7% , since many peoples here always like to compare. CPF special account= ?? https://heartlandboy.com/how-to-optimise-si...-account-early/ After finishing 1x small HDB mortgage, nothing much left in CPF.. Same goes to FD interest rates here are better YIELD.

I have more than that. But I am not happy.......5.7%

As someone stated here, they increased their retained profits for reserves.
