Unifi 5mbps got download limit?

until now the problem still did not fix

I called them up, told them about my problem.
With Hypptv off: DL 10mb
With Hypptv on: DL less than 3mb.

How hard is it to understand my problem? Dunno what shiat they diagnosed. One mangkuk asked me to use pakai lan sbb lan lagi cepat compared to wifi.

Why they so stupid? I told him off, you must be ridiculous. Modem in the hall, laptop in my room, you want me to connect lan and use? lol


Now they said they'll forward the issue to their network people

kena troll with unifi eh? my case, this is the exact words that the unifi said " kalo subscribed 20mbps, download speed dapat 500KB/sec, laju lah tu!", if thats the case, whats the point of subscribing unifi, baik pakai stramyx je. quality tak naik naik, asyik nak pakai mentality "ok lah tu".

They said they gonna send someone over to fix this issue.
As of now I'm just re-evaluating this.

I don't really want Hypptv. I might just tell them not to come, afraid they might fcuk things even more

So guys, my friend went to tmpoint shah alam to cancel my house unifi, but the person at the counter seems useless about how to terminate it, kept asking his friend back and forth without any resolution. Do i need to bring the wireless dlink, the white fiber modem box, the set top box (iptv) and the cordless phone to the tmpoint ? Please help.

I have been experiencing frequent disconnection on my wifi over the past few days. The disconnection is intermittent and it happens every few hours or so. To get back the connection, I had to switch off/on the router. Everything is normal on the BTU and Router units. All the indicator lights are blinking green as per normal. Another observation is the LAN wired connection is also disabled when the wifi is disconnected.

I even swapped the TM-supplied D-Link DIR 615 router with my backup ASUS RTN-13U router but to no avail.

Has anybody experienced the same problem ? Any advice ? I haven't called-up Unifi yet though. By the way, I am on VIP 20 package.

the hell, slow connection to china websites still haven't resolved yet?

I am quite impressed with their after sales service. Made complaint at 5pm yesterday, 2pm today technician came over to fix the problem.

He did his best, all is back to normal now, but he said no guarantee because building cable/copper wiring is messed up.

Impressive after sales service.

eh so what is your problem before ar?
i think i need complain also for gaming part, i think everyday also got spiking issue until i have to restart modem for few times

Anyone fact vip10 keep get wan ip start from 210 range cannot get connect with weibo? Me using google dns one..

Problem solve, change to using opendns now all ok already.

The connection to china websites is not slow, is can't loaded at all.
