So guys, my friend went to tmpoint shah alam to cancel my house unifi, but the person at the counter seems useless about how to terminate it, kept asking his friend back and forth without any resolution. Do i need to bring the wireless dlink, the white fiber modem box, the set top box (iptv) and the cordless phone to the tmpoint ? Please help.
