Hi All,

I have been experiencing frequent disconnection on my wifi over the past few days. The disconnection is intermittent and it happens every few hours or so. To get back the connection, I had to switch off/on the router. Everything is normal on the BTU and Router units. All the indicator lights are blinking green as per normal. Another observation is the LAN wired connection is also disabled when the wifi is disconnected.

I even swapped the TM-supplied D-Link DIR 615 router with my backup ASUS RTN-13U router but to no avail.

Has anybody experienced the same problem ? Any advice ? I haven't called-up Unifi yet though. By the way, I am on VIP 20 package.
