Phase 1 not necessarily will make money. Sure Phase 2 is more expensive, so naturally Phase 1 will also sell at the same price as the min of Phase 2, but is there any buyer? There may be many Phase 1 sellers who flipped.

Without Datuk Liew, SPS will be like PKNS which you can judge how well this project going to be or it could be next white elephant although I do not doubt the potential of Semenyih. Sorry but I don't think this will be next Setia Alam.

ecohill might be year end or 1-2 quarter next year.
sps is not rushing on it.

For investor, you can opt for southville. but majority big investors are focusing guthie highway location. which is much logic.

yes, phase 1 sure many flipper. So phase 2 is depending phase 1 sold out. then only start selling theirs. that is my prediction.

MR29, congrats. I suggest you to flip or own stay is still ok. I am sure the phase 1 will be impressive.

i like type B facade but i prefer A layout, prefer to have staircase at center (lazy to walk all the way back) and square kitchen..
but i think both also ok overall.

ya 10 or 20 yrs from now the colonial facade will remain evergreen.. but if modern facade now it will go out of style .
i have seen some modern bungalow 20yrs ago, it looks dated now.
i just love the courtyard , may convert it to Koi pond thumbup.gif

Yeah, went in the morning, got my unit, that time no need q, just walk in choose pay sign. My friend went afternoon abt 1 pm, had to q but he got it as well.that's when he told me the available unit were Les than 5.
