Phase 1 only 8k, and also 1 year of unifi VIP10.
Condition is to sign S&P within 14 days.

If phase 2 10k would be good. Take note S&P by developer. MOT, by buyer. Also no DIBS

chinese can close eye and buy for own stay.
In term of investment perspective. The risk is high, appreciation is slower.

Rebate 10K but sendiri bayar stamp duty on MOT = RM13,500 for 650K price! As well don't give rebate but absorb the stamp duty on MOT ... doh.gif

that's the problem here. phase 1 sure earn. phase 2 for chinese, i dont think so. That is why joining the batch 2 ride is bad idea.
Ecohill is a better idea.

this BR might be another seremban 2 in making. 10 years, 20 years, 30 years? i dont really know...
For own stay, ok la. if appreciate or stagnant. you are not bothering at all.
