Those bumi buy and sell back to chinesr can pocket handsome profit. Just imagine 50k different.
I dont know how to invest in this game. For bumi, you should buy 2 units. One for own stay and one for invest. |

Can ask for opinion? Does direction really matter? My unit that u bought face north east means ill get evening sun = hot living room in the evening.. Does this really matter when u want to buy a house? This is my first landed so I'm really clueless.. My current condo not much affect by direction or whatsoever..
