heard from my friend who went today that there was actually a queue.. and just like pasar..

i actually dropped by the sales office yesterday (monday) to look see.. not many buyers around.. it's true what other forummers said that if you want to buy, you have to always call the sales office and do your own homework (ie keep on visiting the gallery and be kawan with the sales staffs) rather than relying solely on forums or internet..

Ya when I called up yesterday, the sale staff actually informed me to come over ASAP and act fast Before they send out the sms, so yesterday still able to 6c6c and choose ..

good response of BR sent a clear msg there is a growing demand for limited new landed homes in new township.....my crystal ball tells me this will give the spillover effect to alam impian brows.gif

Landed is still much sought after.. Even new condos are selling over RM600 per sq ft. So technically landed around like KK, AI, BR is still selling at RM300 plus psqft is still affordable.

I wonder why so many ppl want stay in a new township like BR or AI, where KK is already so much more mature.

We cannot compare condo psf with the landed. The landed property psf definitely is much lower. Even condo compare to condo, the bigger size condo psf is always lower than the smaller one.

I though no more new superlink/ DSL launches in KK because KK have run out of land.

In btw, can somebody enlighten me why so many ppl are excited with this project?

Shouldn't Alam Impian a better place to invest due to freehold status and better location? BR will take a while to mature.

TTDI AI come with G&G but BR is not.
