Wow...so mean if really want to invest in this IJM launching (especially for those swallow pocket people like me), either must confirm to have a secure 90% loan or else must have ready cash of 30% (let say if only can get loan of 70%) to sustain the deal, right?
Want to know if buyer fail to fork out the subsequent disbursement of 25% as requested by developer (let say only able to secure 65% loan amount), what will happen?
