BR to Subang Jaya around 20km++

I estimate BR main entrance to Subang Airport should be in the range of 30-35kms.

no guarantee it will be a good buy...first phase is always gamble...but i m confident on IjM's property and dijaya seems to be investing around this place too..
some might say now: compared to kk its far away from kl..sunway..subang..who knows in the future its will changed to : " its good location coz it near to putra jaya, cyberjaya, klia, and multiple highway to access to other city..low density and traffic jam is not an issue here"...

For my point of view, if you can accept stay in kk, bukit rimau, bandar puteri klang, saujana putra, putra height, then no problem staying here. Its additional or lesser 5km boundary only

What does this imply? Does it mean anything? Jenjarom is so big, u less u can share the neighborhood Condition.

Anyway, BR is relatively far, but at many time, it is relative to where u are heading. At the end, some of us chose a more serene environment. I personally value this as a good yardstick for living.

For the sake of comparison, midfields at Sg Besi 3 storeys was calling for 850 or so 2 years back. I forget the build up, was 3000 plus though the land area was like 20x70 or something. Good location but the houses pack and lined up like sardine. no public landscape and even the green at the car porch was very small.

Good location, nice build up, fair price.
But houses like these make you wanna drive home and hide inside the comfort of ur house. One does not really wanna walk out of the house. Just for the sake of comparison.

Can BR be cnsidered ......instead of Subang Andaman apartment (next to CSR factory Bt 3) ....which is going for subsale at 450k......but the plus point of this apt is ...it gives a good rental value...freehold......n closer to my work area Subang airport.....pls give ur views....

if you want near definitely is find nearer place.

if you want green environment and peaceful living for your children and family, BR can consider.

Hi Jenghui.....whats ur advise to me......seriously to consider BR.....a landed, green n at a price which hard to find nowdays for similar concept........yet the distance far frm my work place......may have to spent at least 45 min drive to work place (one way) ......covering 35km frm BR to Subang Airport......is this sacrifice I have to make....................I know all this is individual preference ......just give ur view........

You may consider elmina, but getting pricey.
Also bukit subang might get u something with budget.

this guy wants everyone convince him to get Jenjarom.

Since you already made up your mind. What is still bothering you? Just go for it. It is for your own stay. You got nothing to lose and what key component you need to consider since distance is not an issue here?

From what I can see from your attitude here, you will need more time to consider and end of the day, you are going to buy subsale simply because those previous deal no longer exist by the time you keen to make a move.
