yes you can wait for bumi release, it'll be another 3 - 4 months later, with at least 3 - 5% price increase, like what happened to Phase 1 Chimes.

and unless you call the developer or be friends with the sales staff, you won't even know there's bumi release until it's too late.

usually they release by batches and these units are being snapped up fast (not only IJM projects, but other prominent developers)

If not mistaken, selangor changed the rules begining of this year which individual title residential cannot gated the house up.
