No need to register. Balloting candidates are from those balloted last time din get anything.
Basically they will select 60 from that list of 1000 odd, will will start calling if u are selected at 2pm

Am sure many candidate will decide not to buy even if they r selected. Not sure what will happen to those balance then.

as i remember they do hav stand by balloters toward the end of the whole balloting day?what happened to those stand by balloter?

Im currently staying in kota kemuning and I reckon this area no longer ideal for living due to the continue open burning in Johan setia and Banting. The haze is so bad almost all year round n I'm choking especially during the haze episode recently. There is even a forum on the open burning affecting residents in kota Kemuning and next week there is a meeting with Elizabeth Wong to address this issue.

what I been told when I'm searching house at KK or Klang side, everyday need to suffer those smelly things, haze or smoke. So I plan to buy house at North side rather than south....

This greentownship, green building is a norm nowdays. Key selling points for almost all developer. Me n my family have endure d burning smell almost everyday (past 7 years) except from nov to jan during the raining season. We have made several complaints to jabatan alam sekitar hotline but they seems helpless. D smell usually appear after 8pm n last until morning. So really hope this wil resolve soon n authority wil finally nab dos idiots farmers in johan setia and banting!!!

Durian runtuh, was told cannot change name.

Was told that they have 2 grps of 60 each and started calling them to come over to select the available units. This will continue till all 60 units are gone!

Then the remaining whom were chosen to ballot will be given an opportunity for 2nd phase targeted July-Aug. Price will increase by 50k but its slightly bigger eg 24x80 and 22x80. BU unknown at this time, even saw the photo of the new phase design which is a bit of british colonial on the frontage with grill type balcony at the front.

Anyway, if anyone has been selected but not buying, am willing to take up.

yes, indeed 2nd phase alot better, i like it very much British Colonial style.. staircase on the back..not in the living hall.
