Non-bumi memang kaya  They released bumi units earlier than authorized. shud be 6 months after first launch on March 2. That is only 50% of the left bumi unit. after 6 months release the remaining 50%. This was said by the MD / COO during the ballotting I went. One India Muslim using Bumi status asked him. I was there.

Took some photo there. This is at the junction where they making the road extension to KK 3rd round about.  Gotto use the gravel road, for like 2 KM. the other side are done but not open to prevent heavy vehicles damaging it.  A far view to the Arch. As heard they try to finish this by Aug, and the show room will move here. Sorry cant get nearer view. Also dare not access deeper to the chimes. But I did get a glimpse some building structure far away inside.

excellent update pictures! hope IJM will tar the 4 lane main access road from the 3rd KK roundabout and open all 4 lanes to traffic. don't be like TTDI Alam Impian, where they only open and tar the 2 lanes only (single lane traffic and quite confusing there) and road conditions quite bad. massive accidents happened there and in front of TTDI Alam Impian.
ps: not referring to the main i&p alam impian township, but the one developed by NAZA ttdi.

InP is responsible on the lightings, the opening of two-way roads, etc because they are the main contractor. This is indeed, a fair comment.

@knightkee, For sure the KK round about at MCD is bottle neck liao. Now buys house, hard to get a jam free place la.

Believe joint loans will not be the best thing to do as it appears on both borrowers ccris and banks will calculate the full amount into both borrowers 4 future loans
