Heard that phase 2 sales is bad. Still many unit available. Is it true? Phase 1 sales was so good and need baloting. Maybe because of price different around 100k between phase 1 and 2. Is it true?

Have to bring RM10K Bank Draft. So, if it has not ballot, how do you know sales is bad. Unless you mean there is no take up from their own internal selling? |
