No, I am looking at the letter - it's 10% and 15%; total of 25%!
To clarify: we paid the 10% to developer when we signed S&P. This is an additional 25%. So in total, you would have to pay the developer 35% soon. This post has been edited by belfong: May 30 2013, 01:38 PM |

Wow...so mean if really want to invest in this IJM launching (especially for those swallow pocket people like me), either must confirm to have a secure 90% loan or else must have ready cash of 30% (let say if only can get loan of 70%) to sustain the deal, right?
Want to know if buyer fail to fork out the subsequent disbursement of 25% as requested by developer (let say only able to secure 65% loan amount), what will happen? |

Bro, booking made in Feb, now already June u still cannot secure loan then how ? When u signed snp, they have given you the progress billing schedule.

The land clearing and earth work has been done few days before the Chimes was ballot at Subang Jaya's Holiday Villa. @jeghui, the billing schedule does not indicate time right? It tie to the construction progress, ie piling, RC works, brick works.
@chris, I also did a survey there, like 2 weeks before ballot. I think the earth works commence like months already la. They had sure clear n level a rather large plot. May be I should take my Mountain bike to explore there this Sunday.... |

got the letter.. confirm my row is only the next 10% billing. i think different rows have different stage of construction, as shown by the pictures posted earlier. as far as i remember, IJM tendered the job to 3 different contractors, so 3 contractors are doing their best to outdo each other now, with different rate of progress.. so i believe those who got billed 25% got an efficient contractor.. lol
