The contractor just work it row by row. I've check my letter, in fact the architec just certified the said progress for like 5 houses only. While other role n houses are certified at different time.

Sorry, have to clarify. I took 89% loan. So I have to pay that 1% before the bank disburse the 25%. The letter seemed to say I have 90 day grace period.

you need a four wheel drive to go into the site.. just continue from the 2nd kota kemuning roundabout (the exit is partially closed) and go all the way straight pass all the factories until you see laterite access roads with on-going roadworks. that's the main road to go into rimbayu. or if you're more adventurous, you may go through the kampung settlement area either from kota kemuning or bdr saujana putra.. all laterite roads have been levelled and quite firm..

do we have other paying method other than paying at the office in kota kemuning?

You can bank in to their RHB account, fax or scan the payment slip for them. That was what I did.

Sorry, for the confusion. I was the unsuccessful balloter. The unit I was talking about upthread was my wife's, who was the successful balloter.
