Hi, LTV cap is based on outstanding loan and not property under whose name. Hence for your case either party loans or even joint loan will be 90% margin

Clay bricks is good!! There are 2 types of contractors, 1st type use cheap materials but workmanship good, 2nd type is use good material but so-so workmanship. The Citrina's price doesn't increase much since the first launch.
