Unbelievable! 800k++ house is like nothing nowadays. Looking at the pace, if more launching also will get sapu easily.

Hopefully phase A2-01a will be launched only next year, so will have more time to prepare the bullet biggrin.gif

I do feel I&P changing their way. When I was at Alam Sari sales office last weekend, after all the questions I asked, they required me to fill in a customer satisfaction survey form. Surprising, never happen during all my visits to AI before this.

Changes in term of what?

Construction changes: Most of the units structure work almost complete.
Sales changes: Why no call Sales Gallery to find out if you really interested to purchase a unit? Sometime be more proactive can yield better result blush.gif

Ya it may well be.. after all this AI center of the center area will only see 2 launches of normal links right? Others will be semi dees..

Ya could be d last few phases of normal link houses. Build up less than 2500 sq ft even with slightly bigger land area, hard to accept as superlink to me.

True. That's coz they reduced the livable space 'length' by almost 8 ft.. sigh

Despite the response, I feel Pentas current price offers better value for money vs Tari. It's the little things as well like the twin basins in master bedroom toilet, the powder room, the more spacious kitchen, the alarm system ... I feel like giving up my Tari booking d ...

Ooops...that's not so good I think. Luckily nukilan 3 has alarm system. I am surprise Tari only have alarm point

I think each phase of AI has different / unique features, Tari will be good due to its location and d layout plan with more greenery path.

Agree. What makes Tari unique is the greenery paths and location in AI centre region. But I still think InP should provide larger built up, especially the kitchen area. For 24x80, I do expect to see designated laundry area like all previous phases. I am surprised even Tari's electrical points were lesser compared to Nukilan 3.

I think alarm system will still be given. I remember when I ask the same question during Nukilan 3 purchase, the SA said the same thing, only point will be given.

Looking at current scenario, will phase A2-01a built up even smaller or less of more 'goodies'? More money to buy only the location?
