wah so many people at IOI,
anyone here works out in the morning?

Me. Mornings only. In the evenings I can't workout in peace...way too many people...last time I remembered even have to queue to shower....crazy.

I'm going in the morning tomorrow. I arrived at 8PM today and I was shocked to see that almost all threadmills are occupied. The juice bar is congested. Fuh...

yea... usually after 630pm...IOI mall ff will be full of ppl...
but weekend no ppl...

Anyone here got join Fitness First in Bukit Tinggi Klang branch? I heard it's quite big over there.

This morning I was the only guy in Body Combat. The instructor is a female too

And guess what the instructor called me out loud...

'Boy, keep pushing harder'
'Boy, keep up, Good job'

Hey I might be around her age... don't la call me 'Boy' out loud...

Haha... it has been long since people call me boy

take it as a compliment lor....maybe u look young leh...thats y she called u a boy.

This morning? I am there from 8am to 11pm. I could have probably seen you. FF is really vacant today.

I will be going FF The Curve very often for this coming weeks. I'm on long leave and got nothing else better to do during the working hours

Ahaha.. No lah. I'm having holiday. Moreover, I did not drive today so I have to wait for my mom to come pick me up. I even fell asleep at the juice bar after some cardios. Must be the effect of yoga class that I attended yesterday. Ouch~

I went to FF IOI mall. The group classes here has very little people today too.

I tried Yoga on last Sun...

I don't think it is my cup of tea... Very sleepy inside and feel time hard to pass...

u mean u were there from 8am-11am or 8pm-11pm?
impossible to stay there from 8am-11pm lor....u'll be bored to death!
anyways...if u were to attend group ex classes in the morning then it will be very empty. try attending body combat class in the evenings lar...
you can almost kick one another ler.
wonder whats so great abt body combat...so many people join compared to the other classes.

Just back from FF Bukit Tinggi. Now they are promoting - free joining (only waive the joining fee la)

Pro:
1. Not many people at the moment.
2. Locker is using new proximety card system.
3. Parking is free for J-card menber
4. New equipments, execise map, donuts...

Con:
1. Only two xgroup rooms. No RPM room.
2. Lot of 1st timer. (unable to finish my BP class for the last track)
3. Air-cond too cold

Saw Line Dance Funk yesterday at IOI mall.... 1st thing came into my mind was is "Clubbing wei...."



Tried BodyCombat today morning...now BodyPain but its fun.

Wah so nice ah got free parking for J-card member. Donuts? Huh?
