Wanna ask, my RES got these white/silverish (light-reflected) spots on its shell and also got some under the belly. Should i be worried about this? What are these and why it happens?

Some additional info:
- saw some skin shedding recently (a week + ago) at neck and tail but almost finish/done.
- eats, bask and aware very well.

It looks like fungal infection.

Try apply betadine (its a type of iodine water soluble type). Leave it like an hr or so, to dry then clean it off.
Follows by applying antibiotic ointment or fungal cream.

If it dries off like skin peeling, means it works. Just use toothbrush gentle scrub off and its done. nod.gif

Haha if you say so before I left Sabah for my yearly long holiday with the whole family , I won't mind trying to nurse it back !!

If it is still around around when school reopen for 2017 , why not ?
