Ooo I see. Sounds feasible, but got to check the wheel arch clearance whether it can fit 18 inchers with the extra 1" offset or not. Plus I think it will void warranty..I already asked the SC several times, and they said even the smallest mod of changing the tyre profile or width will void warranty...sigh

Hi, I am Fimi. Just join lowyat. Been driving the 408 2.0, aster grey, since september last year. Already reaching 17K. Major problem so far, replaced the steering rack after 3 weeks getting the car, Replaced the front brake's disks and the mechanic langgar grazed my back at the Glenmarie service centre. But they had that repaired and touched up. The oil cap doesnt open unless i give it a push. All in all, its a great car. Waiting for the spoiler this weekend.

UNLESS, you get their ori rims from their boutique. for those, 100% they don't kacau your warranty.

Yours is probably the most serious problem we've heard so far. Glad to note it's been fixed. Hope your car is running well.

As for my last car, I would keep the original part even tyre series so if shit happens.. Always go back to my mechanic to swap and claim warranty; so bulb shouldn't be a prob I guess? Unless peugeot ecu is so intelligent to pick that up rclxub.gif

Not sure abt Peugeot, but I know for VW, even u ever unplug the light bulb. They also can find out.
But don't think changing of light bulb causing any problem. Not possible if light bulb burn out, den we need to go SC to change ma.

Is it true that the 408t 6 speeder gearbox doesnt require servicing? The last i saw from sa is that it requires AT fluid change at 60k interval. However my friend who is driving a 408t say the manual states that it does not require servicing...anyone can verify?
