Mine hitting 2300km, still at 11.7 / 100km. How u guys drive? I love to overtake even in crowd jalan Kuching. The 240nm / 1500rpm just so nice that I really enjoy every moments. What a waste if I don't use it fully.

That's true.

Have you seen their drive for the speakers? It's no bigger than a 20 cent coin, and the cone itself is made from paper, you're lucky if it's plastic. Damn lucky if it's made of MDF material, lol.

Most C-segment Japanese cars have really awful audio systems. Even the latest Camry audio system is quite nasty, but the ones powering the D-segments K5 and the new Mazda 6 are both quite good.

Bro

call n book to AVOID dissappointment, try other SC in Klang Valley, Balakong and Shah Alam will very busy, you will be disappointed if you just drive in.
My usual SC at CSL/Sg Besi one is quite OK, but better still book few days 1 week in advance.

You can do that with Geouauto at PJ. Go as early as possible,it's 1st come 1st serve. Did my 1st inspection with them. I was like 3rd in the row, waited about 2hrs. Good waiting room with free coffee and WIFI,so no problem as I took my ipad along! They open at 7:30am.

Been driving the 408t for a few weeks now. After the initial heavy footing and trying out the turbo, am leaning towards a more conservative auto cruise driving to and for to work.

Just hit 2000km on it and the fuel consumption is down to 9.6l/100km. Average speed 40 kmph.

Otherwise -

Pros - the seat is damn comfortable. Very ergonomic esp for hour long drives and dont feel as tired as I used to. Leather feels good... in a non kinky way.

Pros - the braking has been near perfect. No issues.

Pros- the turbo is just nice. Easy to overtake and easy to leave the annoying waja trying to cucuk you, vey far behind.

Pros - the auto light s work to a tee, as do the windscreen wipers, albeit having to manually turn on the wipers initially.

Pros - the little things like the comfort of the leather steering, the lights positions esp the one below the door and near the pedals.

Pros - actually quite happy with the c75 tinting.  Car doesnt feel hot at all and the seats are not roasting in the sun.

Cons - no paddle shift. Adei...

Cons - the audio system sucks. Hopefully they provide a rm 1-2k upgrade system for it. Its just ridiculous for the amount of price we paid for the car, such a shabby device is given. From bluetooth to ipod connectivity,  it just sucks eggs... bollocks.

Uhm yea... my thoughts so far.

Also keep seeing a pug turbo with plate W** *999 on banting road towards klang daily... anyone here ah?
*
Haiz~~ I do share your sentiment on the audio part.. It's reaaally sucks.. flat with no bass.. all the preset sound the same.. Even elantra without tweeter is better than 408T..

That's good wishful thinking and hope so too. However reality is, I don't think Peugeot or for that matter any conti will match up to SEGs reliability la. Contis are built on a different platform, they constantly push the boundary limits. That's what makes these cars perform excitingly. The use of electronics is at a very high level. Electronics bring about great accuracy but don't have the life span of mechanical units. Our Pug is loaded with electronics and electrotonically operated units.

I would be very glad for trouble free engine and gearbox. Later on when needed, if parts were at reasonable price. ,
