Nope, I'm just a plain ol' engineer biggrin.gif

About the freq, let me put it this way, regardless of which wireless access technology, the decision of which band to use ultimately falls on operator. We can't force Digi to put up GSM900 sites when they don't have the license right?
Ahh......... this is what I was trying to highlight in my previous post. The list for the cons item will be damn long.  sweat.gif

Standard answers lah from people here. High workload, high stress, system could be better, too much money don't know how to spend tongue.gif ............ the yakking can go on forever~~~

It's survival of the fittest here. Those who stay here, you can expect them to have certain level of skill (type of skills varies, some may have taichi at Grandmaster Level, some are really good at what they are doing)

Guys..

Nice to meet you..

same goes with me, I was attend interview at Huawei last saturday. Now I'm  waiting the result & more improtant thing, maksure  my hp is ON drool.gif
. From their "impression" I can said that the interview was going well. The final round which I believe is HW big boss. Like very chinese pure & he always show his smile. even my current job is not related what was offered, but I stressed to them that I'm really interested & have a passion into this Telco indtsry. I came from telecomunacation Eng. Bachelor degree.

I have confident that I can be accepted but, Im not sure they will consider or otherwise??? Their big boss also said that I'm very confident person. Im not sure if he just joking.shakehead.gif

Anyone can advice? How long I need to wait?

For the walkin-interview one, the result i believe have been out last 2 weeks. Our frenz and me myself oredi been offered a place to work in HW. We now in the state to get the offer letter as well as signing the contract. But some my our frenz there seen not taking the job offered. They most probably the chance will go to those did not get for the 1st selection. Cheers~~

I am currently a subcon for one of the foreign Huawei Project. From what I heard, the Huawei engineer are paid like 3x more by working overtime and on weekends as well.
Thats why you can see those huawei engineer usually stay till very late eventhough they have nothing to do.
I don't know if this apply to all huawei engineers or just the expat.
