You're right. Most China-Chinese based companies are like that. The job demand is high, so they don't care if you don't satisfied. biggrin.gif

Not generous, just enough to survive.

Many staff here takes allowance as their stable (basic) income, partly due to the frequent trips overseas. Overseas allowance ranges RM4K-7K/mth (country dependent/currency fluctuation/etc). So when you add your basic to this figure, it'll be big.

The good part is the money, when you talk about cons in this company, I'll bet it with my bank account that the list will be longer.

Added on April 27, 2008, 1:10 pm

Guys..

Nice to meet you..

same goes with me, I was attend interview at Huawei last saturday. Now I'm waiting the result & more improtant thing, maksure my hp is ON drool.gif
. From their "impression" I can said that the interview was going well. The final round which I believe is HW big boss. Like very chinese pure & he always show his smile. even my current job is not related what was offered, but I stressed to them that I'm really interested & have a passion into this Telco indtsry. I came from telecomunacation Eng. Bachelor degree.

I have confident that I can be accepted but, Im not sure they will consider or otherwise??? Their big boss also said that I'm very confident person. Im not sure if he just joking.shakehead.gif

Anyone can advice? How long I need to wait?

Nope, I'm just a plain ol' engineer biggrin.gif

About the freq, let me put it this way, regardless of which wireless access technology, the decision of which band to use ultimately falls on operator. We can't force Digi to put up GSM900 sites when they don't have the license right?
