Can i know..issit only those with technical background i.e. IT, engineering and read & write chinese have high chances of getting hired by huawei?

Me, i totally have no technical background..graduate in business, been working in insurance company all this while..and i'm english educated..i wanna look for non-technical positions in huawei..

i guess chances pretty slim, huh? especially i cant read and speak chinese well!

This is a Chinese multinational company.Having Chinese language requirement is very important because it eases communication among their staffs.Their directors from global HQ in China are mainly Chinese if they give you a surprise visit and you can't answer them, they'll not be happy.
