Yes, i went last Saturday. It total have 3 interviews, you must pass the 1st interview in order to proceed. All the interviewee is from PRC. Listen carefully to their "English".

Interview 1:
Technical interview, before filling the application form, be sure what is you strong knowledge and then just write in the form. Example, if you not good in GSM/UMTS/WiMAX, don't write it. The first interview (questions type of questions asked) will primary based on what you write in the forms. Just write ONLY your strong points in technical. You have to pass this interview, then only to proceed.

Interview 2:
HR interview, first to pass in here is you MUST know how to speak Mandarin. Because most of the interview will conduct in Mandarin ONLY. But some Malays and Indians, they managed to pass this round because most of them come is Chinese Primary school educated. English, in Huawei, "dia orang kurang main dah".


Interview 3:
Director interview, you have to conclude your interview discussion in the previous 2 section to the manager. Then, you will ask to wait their call for 2 weeks time. Then, you boleh balik lo.

y r u particularly asking about CP Tower?? Which CP Tower??

I heard that allowance for Huawei oversea traveling is cut down (depends on which the country you travel), that why so many engineer have left. That why the last Saturday interview they are in mass hiring telco engineer.

My fren got called for interview but refuse to go because she cant speak fluent chinese!!! Advise

Last tuesday nite, i got a call from huawei. eventhough i initially applied for a different job, but the call tells me that they are offering me a new possition but still in the engineering feild. I dont mind. The basic pay is good and the allowances (which can only be obtained after 3 month probation period) is fantastic. haha.. can't wait to next week to sign for them :-)

p/s- I am a Malay and I got through untill the Director interview with just my English :-) and I'm a fresh graduate

my fren is getting more than 3k in other company now and got almost a year of exp. and huawei offered him 2.5k + 500 allowance lol i thought huawei is generous?

What your frenz expertise? What field of experience he got and what position he apply for?
