anyone work as a Technical Trainer?

any u guys ere got interview as a technical trainer or is currently working as one? I've got a few offers , but it seems HW is givin an edge interms of the salary is concern.
I do believe this technical trainer is my speciality since i've had 7yrs experience in the optical world.. So yeah, i cant wait to indulge myself into HW's fast challenging and pace... those new comers in HW, care to give some intake on ur uexperience so far..
