QUOTE(thesun @ Feb 19 2013, 02:44 PM) imagine buying a chapalang PSU for your computer, vs 1000W psu from branded company.. But I would imagine the phone as a 240V light bulb, if we provide low voltage, the light will be dim, but no harm; if provide 480V, then the light bulb will burn or burst. Sounds logic also right? use chapalang PSU, how to run latest most powerful graphic card.. those cards require more current... if u use chapalang PSU, same oso, either a) u cant play games on pc at all b) the chapalang PSU damage wattage oso means VOLTAGE X CURRENT RATING.. the higher the wattage, the larger the current rating since voltage value is fixed at certain volts.. |

erm... light bulb lighting intensity is affected by the current not voltage.... iirc...

sorry i quote wrongly, that one is for wireless charger. power loss when convert the "wireless" to battery power usually it is device who withdraw amp (tarik), instead of charger push out amp. so safe to use high amp charger, at cost of more expensive price. if underpower, it will drop voltage to cover back the amp that withdraw by device. so either it take long time or wont charge at all, depends got safety implementation or not traditional charger get hot is normal for heavvy type (built in transformer). nowadays phone charger design very light & small, inside is frequency switching PCB. wont generate a lot of heat unless short jor btw, not sure about shorting 2 wire in middle will work for all type because they are data in & data out pin for computer i no plan to try at all (own risk) This post has been edited by ktek: Feb 19 2013, 03:13 PM |

QUOTE(skyline100 @ Feb 19 2013, 03:37 PM) light bulb also got own wattage mah..if u go hardware shop, see lightbulb got many wattage, 40W, 60W, 100W, fo course higher means brighter lah (please compare to same bulb technology) higher bulb wattage, means it can suck more current.. maybe the tungsten wire more thicker or something.. so it able to run at higher current, and provide brighter light |

QUOTE(thesun @ Feb 19 2013, 03:55 PM) light bulb also got own wattage mah.. I just wanted to point out the difference of the behavior of identical light bulb in different voltage.if u go hardware shop, see lightbulb got many wattage, 40W, 60W, 100W, fo course higher means brighter lah (please compare to same bulb technology) higher bulb wattage, means it can suck more current.. maybe the tungsten wire more thicker or something.. so it able to run at higher current, and provide brighter light lol we all out of topic already |

As you can see, we’re currently deep into development of the Windows Phone 8 deployment add-on and as the Shadowgun level demonstrates, things are looking good! Once WP support Unity, it is very easy for game developer to port over to WP. http://blogs.unity3d.com/2012/10/30/unity-...ild-conference/ |
