QUOTE(EXkurogane @ Jan 10 2013, 05:39 PM) Nope, no need. You hit on any of the volume rocker button, a bar shows on top, on the right top corner you see :Ring + vibrate" word there with their icons. Tap on that icon to switch between Ring+Vibrate (Ring) and Vibrate only (silent). Yes, but you will still need to go to the Settings to switch off vibrate. Then the option would be Ring or Silent. |

A good read on how modern batteries behave. I need to recalibrate my understanding of the Lithium-ion and Lithium-Poly batteries. Apparently the DO NOT LIKE to be fully discharged! and the LOVE being top up all the time (even a little top up here and there)
http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/features/it...teries_work.php So start charging those Lumias!, Now definitely need to get that DT-910 Wireless Stand thigamajic for the office. |

L920, L820, L620 .... hopefully Nokia can give Samsung/iPhone a run for their money. It will probably take 2-3 years and Nokia cannot make a mistake in the implementation. They seriously need to improve their supply chain management. The L920 was only limited by the supply issues, otherwise Nokia would have made a lot more money last quarter.

QUOTE(xxzufrixx @ Jan 14 2013, 07:37 AM) You can try but you need to setup your billing address as US. In fact some has used the same Malaysian address but only used a valid US zipcode and phone number. Bing an address for a restaurant and use their address and phone number as well if the zipcode only thing doesn't work. |

QUOTE(s7ran9er @ Jan 14 2013, 07:50 AM) I think there's more to that, one wrong move by Microsoft it will spell the end for Nokia too. I might get one for my daughter since it's damn cheap (for me okay ... no flaming please). The mother may have some issues with giving a smartphone to a child so we'll see.Btw, demo unit for Lumia 620 was made available on Saturday afternoon, lucky me I had the chance to touch one. |

QUOTE(Heav3nCl0ud @ Jan 16 2013, 03:09 PM) Hi guys, I've been waiting for the Lumia 920 to be restocked on most sellers, you guys think White or Red is better? Buy the color you like lorr. Some people prefer white, some prefer black, some prefer yellow ..... very subjective so to make YOU happy, you buy what you like and you shouldn't care too much about what people say.I personally saw the Yellow one but it's neon yellow which I really don't like :/ |
