haha true story. What I learn android devices got tons of cores and still lags. While WP doesn't have this problem while only dual core or so. They optimize them quite well but the problem right now are the buggs, restarting and shit is one of the biggest problem.
Nokia is not really the problem, they give awesome build quality and all. Now it's up to Miceosoft to refine their OS.
Nokia back then was stubborn they keep coming out more device but slowly updating the hardware. When Iphone came in they was no match for nokia until they focus on software when nokia still playing the quantity game. Then android came up started with 1ghz processor nokia back then still 480mhz to 680mhz thats how nokia start to slowly die.

Then iOS keep improving better than better then was apps wall but nokia still half dead and undecided which OS. At that time nokia still have the fighting chance they have the Nokia N900 running Maemo 5 this phone capable to pawn android to hell.
Nokia let Nokia N900 to died they continue to focus on symbian thats slowly dying.
Then android from single core 1ghz slowly reach dual core Nokia still at 680mhz. their collection of apps are still crappy.
Then back then Nokia phones are resisitive touch only iphone are capacitive and multi touch.
Nvm when the patent of iphone technology is over nokia is still stubborn still 680mhz.
Android are dual core already around Samsung Galaxy S2. I remember nokia just launch Nokia X7 and Nokia E6 running 680mhz while S2 is dual core.
Then when android are running quad core nokia only started their single core 1ghz.
Then later launch the Nokia N9 the maemo and meego fan are excited. Nokia killed that phone as fast as it launched. I regret intro it to my friends they complaint non stop. It was replace by Nokia Lumia 800.
I practically watch nokia from their glory years straight to hell.
their sensor too slow. when they happy for their n82,5800 sales. IPhone had silently picking up.
when they realize, they will take sweet time to make a chance.

That is insanely expensive. The wirless charge is supposed to go for 79.99 I think in the US and over here in Middle East, it's SAR245 or around RM190.
Portico update - had my first random reboot AFTER Portico. I suspect it was due to the CPU overheating. I mean I haven't had this CPU overheating for a while and now after Portico, the CPU is really hot especially if I use cellular data. Using Wifi not so much.

Just ask yourself if single core is so good why did nokia let meego to die? Nokia adopt windows phone now is worse most things are control by microsoft.
Why is android laggy? because its real time multitasking like Nokia N9 running single core.
Lets come back to windows phone why do you think it does not lag.

The apps coded in java, which is very inefficient, require more horsepower to do things. But a great advantage for this is the apps can run in x86 and ARM architecture without major port. Therefore Intel Android phone doesn't have this app compatibility issue.

And new android phones still lag, but lag less.
Yea just imagine if meego single core is as smooth as any quad core just imagine its running quad core meego it will pawn every single phone in the market and if they have focus all on apps today Nokia is still big and as par as android and iOS.
I have heard of the intel architecture lets hope nokia able to survive until it comes. Even the windows 8 sux i got the serial key and suppose to activate before 31 jan 2013 but end up i just let it go because it design so badly to do a simple task on a desktop i need to do additional 4 to 5 steps.
I staying with windows 7 because windows 8 is designed for tablet not desktop.
