for your case got few way to do that

1. get a wireless router and plug it in between your modem and your pc ...then your modem set as bridge mode and you config your wireless router to PPPoE

2. get a wireless modem router and take away your modem ...straight plug it to telephone line and pc ..then config using PPPoE setting

3. get a wireless adapter and create a ad hoc network or virtual wireless access point / hotspot for you to connect to your smartphone

perfect stability = wireless modem router
connectify is the temporary option and not really stable

that 1 only work if hie have wireless adapter ..if he use desktop which doesnt have wifi adapter ...cannot

because we are 4G phone ..not 3G smartpong ..so no rebate ...deal with it

the purpose they want to implement contract is because they dont want to let people abuse it

if they allowed phone shop to claim the voucher ..for sure there is some people who will abused it

like ...i claim 200 rebate with phone shop ..u take 100 i take 100 ..then phone shop just simply issue 1 fake invoice (like lumia 610 RM599) then submit it

thats the reason why they want to allowed from telco only

other than that ...if just buy phone without buying the plan(from telco) ...some ppl might buy some phone and sell it for fast cash(it will spoil 2nd hand phone market)...but if with plan ..unless u already have 3G smartpong ..else ..u are forced to use that smartpong.(so u cannot resell/abused it)

if not mistaken ..gov release 2600mhz license to telco ..so telco only can use 2600mhz

ipong 5 currently also cannot use 4G

why dont u set is as malaysia and insert your CC ..then only change the region to US and buy apps?
