One of the main selling point is MRT nearby... haven't anyone notice ever since announcement of MRT coming to Cheras espcially at Phoenix Plaza and Taman Tun Hussien Onn, there are 4 private Condo project and 1 PR1MA project just mushroom. coincident?

The proposed MRT station in TTHO is approximately 3.6km away from Vina and driving alone will take 9 minutes. Walking on the otherhand will takes approximately 40mins, hence walking is out of the question. For those who can't afford a car, but depending on the cheaper means of transportation to work like MRT for eg, I think it is a little crazy for them to own a lifestyle in Vina with high rental payment. These people would rent places in Taman Tasik Permaisuri for eg, where rental is still affordable and LRT station is NOT to far off.

If these people would like to owned a condo, at the same time owning a car but would like to avoid the early traffic, they would have purchase somewhere nearby. Meaning, within walking distance like Lido Condominium in Taman Tun Razak, Cheras or Vila Vista Condominium in Taman Pertama, Cheras (9km nearer to the city). MRT station Taman Bukit Ria is just approximately 200m away from both newly developed high-rise buildings.

Now, that is what I called close proximity.

Amazing posting for your 1st post. Must be a silent reader like me. I agree, no exiting catch for Vina as investment.

their marketing team not savvy - dunno how to market the dual key unit. in the first place, shouldn't have called it a dual key unit! smile.gif

Just out of curiosity, how would you have marketed it?

I actually like the dual key as it fits my needs. But I can understand not many people would like that.

One main door then lead to 2 units, one side big unit one side small unit with different keys

If you family, u can stay in big unit n rent out small unit for income
you can invite your parent to stay in the small unit yet still quarrel with ur wife in the big unit n ur parents cannot hear but if they are not well u can visit them in 1 minute walk
When u old n ur parent no more around n ur children move out then u can move to the small unit with ur wife n rent out the big unit for retirement income

Good salesman or not??

The two release units are 1250sf. Eventually I was impressed by the design and facilities and also the low density... thts y without thinking much I directly booked the last two units since the sales person told me that is fully refundable if cancel purchase. But after survey around... I cancel my booking today. Doesn't mean that this project is no good, but after consideration I let go the two units, to be frank. .. is bcoz of entrance and serounding area. FYI... the two units I booked are facing the water tank...
