The two release units are 1250sf. Eventually I was impressed by the design and facilities and also the low density... thts y without thinking much I directly booked the last two units since the sales person told me that is fully refundable if cancel purchase. But after survey around... I cancel my booking today. Doesn't mean that this project is no good, but after consideration I let go the two units, to be frank. .. is bcoz of entrance and serounding area. FYI... the two units I booked are facing the water tank...

They have flatten the land and seems the project progress very smooth. To me the location quite deep to the back of Cheras South. If there no other alternate road, massive traffic jam would surely happen..

Sorry... I personally don't think Cloud Tree is a good buy for me too. I went to visit yr sales team at JJ Cheras Selatan before I maked my booking at Vina. Yr sales team is so unprofessional and let me have the feeling of "beli sayur at pasar malam". After a short briefing on the condo, the girl who approach me just keep telling me that "book 1st la,cancel only penalty 300... no harm to book 1st". When I inform her that I need to do some calculation 1st, immediate thr is an impatient black face appear infront of me...

Compare with the sales team at Vina, even the part time SA could be patiently sit down and explain to me the selling points of their project. Even when the time I cancel the two units, the group manager willing to sit down and having discussion with me, sharing each other opinions on their project etc etc etc... I felt so comfortable that my decision is being RESPECT.

If I would have to make a decision again btwn CT and Vina today, I will remain my booking at Vina for sure. Not becoz of CT is no good, but I dont like to support those who keeps stepping down others and make themselves look grand...

Hey bro, do understand your feeling. If i've encounter the same of unprofessional SA, wil get mad as well.
I'm CT buyer, booked it after i've visited the VINA showroom (Wont comments any pros & cons of both prop here). Coincidently the Vina SA (guy) can't provide info in professional way when visit the Sales gallery too. But I was in rush too so cant blame anything.

Luckily I didnt encounter the same scenario as you above as most of the buyers met the SA personally One to One to understand further details of the projects. So we have decent time to know more about the prop and SA explained to me very patiently and friendly. I remember I've took 2hours to discuss on it with SA while lunch.

VINA is a good project too. But if you r keen on CT, do give SA a call for meet up.
Heard launching in September. 2 new scale models wil be comin early Aug as mentioned by Chulk,

I rather choose this Vina over CT. As least i can SEE the ACTUAL main access, sales gallery and show units while knowing the exact finishes and specifications im getting. Dont be surprise some extreme fussy CT buyers wanna overwrite the project Architect over some Color scheme arquement. Dont know in future what other subject may raise up and demand to change.

I agree, Vina sales team is quite patient and they even inviting me by calling for their events even though i yet sign up anything. Buffet by them this saturday @ gallery.

You can see everything when the project is launched with access/ new traffic light
Now only Booking due to Chester SA acting fast & earlier to promote the project.

Fussy on color scheme: Complaint is improvement, and buyers have the right to advise if anything gone wrong, better than developer do nothing on buyers's requests right?

Anyways, that's VINA thread here. Shouldnt kacau here. Good lucks to your purchase too~

New traffic light implemented there, same as WOTP. how about VINA? with the surroundings and access?
Sighs, yea I always get complaints from my staffs regarding their works/customers, I wil treat all as a challenges for better improvement for the company, rather than stay in comfort zone.

Fairly standard in most good condominium developments:

Tier 1 – Card Access at Guard House & Perimeter Security
Tier 2 – Card Access into Lift Lobbies on all Car Park Levels and Ground Floor
Tier 3 – Lift Access System to Designated Floor Only
