I called up and they mentioned it's starting from 1250sf .... Price wise not sure... abt 500psf i think...

location wise good or not?

somehow the word versatile bothers me a lot.

Look this place malay area.

500psf ... not bad for btho area

looking at the mrt stations, there will be 7 in total in cheras alone...

defeinitely the jam will decrease dramatically

it is just next to my house area @ Taman Koperasi Majujaya, Batu 9 Cheras. surrounding by low-cost flats / pangsapuri and some double storey houses. population about 70% malay, 25% chinese, 5% indian and others. in between Bandar Damai Perdana and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. If ur house in high floor able to get a KL view.

Hm... what's about the accessibility? Im not familiar around that area ....

can be accessed from Cheras-Kajang Highway via Taman Len Sen exit / Bandar Tun Hussein Onn exit; or thru Silk Highway via Jusco Cheras Selatan exit.

Citibank nearby there too

Anything "south" is in right now meh? Cheras South, Bangsar South, Puchong South.

Only exception is Subang West
