agree with the other comments - mid to high floor; usually sells faster and for a better price.

but if long-term own stay and with kids, low floor pool view may be preferred. can keep an eye on your kids from the condo balcony 😃😃

There is always a risk on every floor.

Lowest floor - no stopping the kid from running to the pool themselves too

There is also a risk of weekend bbq smoke coming in too, so find out where the bbq pits are.

yes, this proposed mrt is next to prima housing. i pro vina, so i'm not concerned about proximity to CT. hehehe

I felt that Vina is overpriced based on the location itself. Not only that it is far from KL town but it is also quite remote. Furthermore the maintenance price is exorbitant.

One of the main selling point is MRT nearby... haven't anyone notice ever since announcement of MRT coming to Cheras espcially at Phoenix Plaza and Taman Tun Hussien Onn, there are 4 private Condo project and 1 PR1MA project just mushroom. coincident?
