this come to the issue of developer brand ...listed MITRALAND vs Non-listed developer (cant recal the name already).

finally they SA gettin bit better Those SA need to back for training again btw dun care SA dosent influence my decision to buy CT or Vina |

anyone knows when is Tower C launchign what is the price?
Do you think VINA is really overpriced for its location? But when i compared to some other new launching in similar/ even further areas like Cloud Tree/ You City, the price is quite similar as well. Some better location like le yuan, the price is even higher. Any possibility for launching in similar location with lower price? |

I think Vina sales doing not bad. Tower A and B very limited, mostly only dual key units. Tower C north facing going very fast although at 5k premium.
