QUOTE(Jolie Lim @ Jul 10 2013, 03:51 PM) The proposed MRT station in TTHO is approximately 3.6km away from Vina and driving alone will take 9 minutes. Walking on the otherhand will takes approximately 40mins, hence walking is out of the question. For those who can't afford a car, but depending on the cheaper means of transportation to work like MRT for eg, I think it is a little crazy for them to own a lifestyle in Vina with high rental payment. These people would rent places in Taman Tasik Permaisuri for eg, where rental is still affordable and LRT station is NOT to far off. Amazing posting for your 1st post. Must be a silent reader like me. I agree, no exiting catch for Vina as investment. If these people would like to owned a condo, at the same time owning a car but would like to avoid the early traffic, they would have purchase somewhere nearby. Meaning, within walking distance like Lido Condominium in Taman Tun Razak, Cheras or Vila Vista Condominium in Taman Pertama, Cheras (9km nearer to the city). MRT station Taman Bukit Ria is just approximately 200m away from both newly developed high-rise buildings. Now, that is what I called close proximity. |

I rather choose this Vina over CT. As least i can SEE the ACTUAL main access, sales gallery and show units while knowing the exact finishes and specifications im getting. Dont be surprise some extreme fussy CT buyers wanna overwrite the project Architect over some Color scheme arquement. Dont know in future what other subject may raise up and demand to change.
I agree, Vina sales team is quite patient and they even inviting me by calling for their events even though i yet sign up anything. Buffet by them this saturday @ gallery. |

QUOTE(sgchan90 @ Dec 4 2013, 04:59 PM) The selection of pile type depends on a lot of factors. Amongst which are soil conditions, adjacent structure, load type & bearing requirements, & etc. In fact sometimes it is even more economical to use bored piles vs driven piles. Bore piles also got its own problems eg bulging/ necking, or collapse of side wall. Cost wise, not much different between spun & rc piles. We need to understand the detailed engineering requirements before drawing a conclusion. Sounds silly to kill an ant with a machine gun or use a water pistol to knock out an elephant. Extremely economical piling system![]() Enjoy, http://gizmodo.com/5304233/entire-new-13+s...er-in-shanghai/ This post has been edited by nilambanting: Dec 5 2013, 02:43 PM |
