How much psf is VINA selling currently? What are the promotion? Is VINA a worth buy?

Anyone is the purchaser here? Can share the reason why are you buying VINA? I'm considering whether to take up a unit.

Is the price of VINA will increase after 3 to 5 years at such location? The future MRT doesn't really close to it.

Yes. I was impressed by the facilities that VINA offered especially the pool concept. The garden concept was nice but not sure Mitraland able to built according to concept or not. Will be sad if the end product happen to be like Setapak Green. No matter how still few the VINA psf price is a bit high for Cheras even after rebate.

Not saying this prop is not good. Just some concern before deciding to take up a unit or not. You sound very supportive on VINA. mind to share ur opinion? I had missed casa green so don't think wan to miss another one.

Take low floor facing pool (lvl 1 to 5) to enjoy the pool + green environment+sport facilities.

Need some opinions. If decided to buy VINA, should I take
1. Low floor with balcony facing pool to enjoy VINA's facilities
2. High Floor to have better view?

Either short term stay if plan to move later or might be stay for long term if the overall VINA condition is good..

When will Block C launch? Any indicative price?
