glad you know that.
the project response isn't as good as you thought.
please think twice before you proceed.

I doubt current property market are as great as before where developer sold out in less than a month. This is not like buying a kilo of kailan. It's 600k + and I believe many potential buyers went there for 6464 and back home to think before placing booking.
I was there last week and I say sales/booking status not bad lar. Anyway, current good sales status doesn't mean good return 3 years later, right? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

the market still good, in fact i feel that better than 6 months ago.

funny that you think insiders buying a project is not a good sign. so, what's a good sign then - insiders don't buy but outsiders all jump in and buy? hehe

btw, u sound like the confident-type, how many properties do u buy a year?

buddy, i know how they play the game.
few months later you might found that a big number of those units that book by "insider" suddenly loan reject and reopen for sale.

I also know this ancient trick la bro. Sticker doesn't mean anything until SPA and LA/DA are signed.

Whether there will be a hole or not depends on the "integrity of the bookings". That one, need a seasoned player to assess......hehe

Pics taken at showunit that was based on their dual-concept unit .. approx 1,500 sf. Mainly pics from the main unit. Could not take a good shot of the separate unit that came with toilet and mini mini pantry area cos lack of space wink.gif Believe it splits to approx 250sf++ and 1,200sf ++ (total making up the 1,500++ sf)
