I doubt current property market are as great as before where developer sold out in less than a month. This is not like buying a kilo of kailan. It's 600k + and I believe many potential buyers went there for 6464 and back home to think before placing booking.
I was there last week and I say sales/booking status not bad lar. Anyway, current good sales status doesn't mean good return 3 years later, right?

the market still good, in fact i feel that better than 6 months ago.
but it doesnt mean that ALL project can be sold within a month.
