I am a JMC member of the condo that I am staying now. 2 block, 6 lifts, 500+ units
for a normal condo with security, guard, cctv, lift, swimming pool and few other facilities, almost NO greenery garden, we need about minimum rm160K just to cover all the cost.
you can calculate yourself.

rm300 maybe just for the first or 2 years. after that developer just will say good luck and all the best to you all.

as i know they only sold 2 units during last 2 days.
Block A they open before the weekend, and whole block A only 11 units sold.

what i mean is block A open before last weekend, they sold about 9 units, and during last saturday and sunday only 2 units sold.

the marketing agent is metro home, you can check with anyone of them about the sales. you can also check with the legendary Carmen. i know developer staff, i know metro home agants, i know the banker as well.

do correct me if i was wrong.

by the way, for Block B it seems most unit been taken up, but i understand that quite a big number of those units, are "book" by developer biz partner, contractor, etc.

how did you ask?
just called or walked in and ask the SA or staff how is the sales recently?
for sure they will told you sales is great, sold 11 units during weekend, super good response.

the way i ask is: "hey lengzai, i was here last saturday morning 11am together with Carmen, i notice the sales chart are almost the same from what i see now (wednesday), tell me how many units sold in last weekend"

then they cant lie to you.

try it yourself.

the market still good, in fact i feel that better than 6 months ago.
but it doesnt mean that ALL project can be sold within a month.
