rsquared you made very good analysis and I agree with you. vina has an overall good concept and another important factor when purchasing properties is the track record of the developer. I think mitraland has a proven record. hmmm....im curious to meet Carmen since she is a factor for some of you who bought vina 8-)

They sold out most of their 1250sf units. I prefer this size but they cant tell me if they will open the next block for booking. looking at their presale rate, this project will do well! ppl must trust this developer

I hv no qualms with constructive comments and not low-down ones. trying to be cheeky only shows disrespect to yourself. calapia, your "constructive" comments are welcomed. there are numerous concepts out there and i'm sure there is no such thing as one size fits all rite
